7-day change-of-mind window

If you change your mind within 7 days of purchase and coaching has not started, email for a full refund. If coaching has already started in that window, a fair amount may be deducted for the work already delivered.

After the 7-day window

Programmes are fixed-length blocks and are generally non-refundable once underway. That said, if circumstances change (injury, illness, life events), contact Jamie and he will pause your programme or work out something fair. He will always try to do the right thing.

How to request a refund

Email Jamie@jamieparmar.com with your name and purchase date. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 14 days of approval.
