Who we are

What we collect
- Enquiry form: name, email address, phone number (if given), programme interest and your stated goal.
- Analytics: if you accept cookies, Google Analytics 4 collects anonymised usage data such as pages visited and general device type.
- Server logs: our web host keeps standard access logs including IP address for security purposes.
Why we collect it
- To reply to your enquiry and discuss coaching (legitimate interest / pre-contract steps).
- To understand how the site is used so we can improve it (consent, via the cookie banner).
- To keep the site secure (legitimate interest).
What we never do
We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or add you to a marketing list without asking. Your enquiry goes only to Jamie.
Third parties
- Google Analytics (only if you accept cookies): processes usage data under Google's own terms.
- Fasthosts: hosts this website and its email.
- WhatsApp: if you message us there, Meta's terms apply.
How long we keep it
Enquiry emails are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any coaching relationship that follows, then deleted. Rate-limit data is held for under an hour.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to processing, or complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk). Email Jamie@jamieparmar.com for any request.
